We could never accomplish everything we do without the help of a great team. They keep things humming for us, and for you, during your real estate transaction whether you are buying or selling. Service is our business and Excellence is our Minimum Standard!

Vivian SanMiguel is the smiling face that greets you when you come to our offices. She's the key person for all of our advertising placement with our listings.

Mary DeRosa handles all of our files making certain we have everything complete and all signatures in place allowing us to close your escrow on time.

If you haven't already been pre-approved by your own lender we generally refer our clients to two lenders we know well and who provide excellent service. We want you to choose who you like best. Both men are highly experienced lenders and are here in downtown Buringame.

Brandon Hoyes with Red Oak Corporation at 1409 Chapin Avenue, Burlingame

Andrew Kidwell is with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Andrew is a third generation lender.

Gus Mendy is with Bank of America. They have some fantastic programs available today.

We work with several Escrow companies in our area and all provide excellent service but our favorite Escrow Officer is Ellen Rae Sanders with Old Republic Title & Escrow. She will handle all of your final paperwork in our office conference room.
