Meet Lenore & Alex Wilkas, your Prudential Fine Homes International Realtors in downtown Burlingame, who are ready to assist you in all of your real estate needs on the San Francisco Peninsula.  Whether you're buying or selling their expertise and care will provide you with a relaxed experience.   Lenore, a Bay Area native, graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in TV Production and Music.  She spent 32 years in the broadcasting industry before making her first career change into the Internet industry being a part of the infancy of this dynamic communication medium.  Real Estate was always been an interest and an industry she wanted to migrate into, and finally did it in early 2002.  
Alex was born in Chicago, grew up along the Illinois and Indiana borders and moved west in the late 60's.  His BS is from the University of Redlands in Business Administration.  He spent 20 plus years working for a Bay Area nutritional company as the Quality Assurance Manager for Contract Manufacturing.  He, too, moved into Real Estate in 2002, joining Lenore. He currently splits his time between Commercial and Residential real estate and is working on the CCIM designation.  
They live in Foster City with their two cats, Boris & Natasha and have four grown children and two grandsons.  They have also lived in the East Bay and San Francisco.  They bill themselves as the "Singing Realtors" as they both sing with the Foster City Community Chorus and Lenore also sings with Heart and Soul, a small chorale that is part of the Peninsula Musical Arts Association.  They try hard to live by their motto, "Excellence is Our Minimum Standard!" by providing superb service to their clients before, during and after the transaction.

We could never accomplish everything we do without the help of a great team.  They keep things humming for us, and for you, during your real estate transaction whether you are buying or selling.   Service is our business and Excellence is our Minimum Standard!

Vivian SanMiguelVivian SanMiguel is the smiling face that greets you when you come to our offices.  She's the key person for all of our advertising  placement with our listings.

 

Mary_DeRosa.jpgMary DeRosa handles all of our files making certain we have everything complete and all signatures in place allowing us to close your escrow on time.

 

If you haven't already been pre-approved by your own lender we generally refer our clients to two lenders we know well and who provide excellent service.  We want you to choose who you like best.  Both men are highly experienced lenders and are here in downtown Buringame.
